world hepatitis day and what is different?

this post is about me...all me, just me...but it is my blog = so there!

so it's may 19th again and where am i?
stuck on the sofa barely getting over the worst flu in my life. worse than any tx weekend i ever had, and even though my fever has finally broken , my voice and throat still really really really hurt and i'm exhausted...ugh.

luckily my nadie showed up today to measure the spare room as she is going to be moving in with me. it's another step in moving on but not so bad as she is in the same rebound phase as me one of my best friends...

wow.
that was one loooong week!
thursday night's boat party was okay, i wore my best chloe and scandotrash cruisewear and sat up on deck holding court as the music was sooo bad that i wasn't going to bother dancing - as i've said elsewhere - i'm saving up my dancing for ibiza's closing parties in september!!!!

next day though my ass and everything else was truly kicked.
everything hurt again and tired tired tired - still it was a nice friday having lots of meeting with production companies that have become friends. i am lucky that i love me work! it pushes me through when all i want to do is cry and sleep...which is what i did last night, as tired and hurting is not the best way to go into a shot weekend.

usual 5am wake up, so downed some painkillers but couldn't get back to sleep, so joined the daughter who was passed out on the sofa to watch some old skool star trek episodes. but yuck! there was cucumber stuck to the remote...well at least when she drunkenly snacks it is healthy stuff, lol. so 1pm and finally back in bed all achey breaky - going to get myself together and go to the gym though for some gently gently exercise to try to loosen up these painful joints!

wish me luck...the weather isn't looking too good either.
gotta love the english summer. not.

krishna krishna hare hare

i really really really overdid it yesterday but it was worth it...
went to the hare krishna festival of giant chariots in trafalgar square. it was so good to be surrounded by such positivity and love and belief and smiles!
just want i needed.

made some new friends and ran into some old friends.
they gave me a beautiful sari to wear and a nice sparkling bhindi for my forehead - i forgot how much i love wearing bhindis and it made me feel so old that i dont get as adventurous as i used to with my clothes anymore.

maybe its the tits that just seem to grow and grow - they are hard to accomodate!
but i'm looking forward to being the older woman that doesn't give a flying fuck about fashion.
and i do have to say...that if i was to ever adhere 100% fully to a religion again - it would be krishna, just for the fashion - and the love. i had a smile on my face from ear to ear all day!
