just had a lovely long luxurious day with the fish sister!
o how i love my fishwhiskers and she is looking hot hot hot.
i on the other hand am looking not not not.
even she noticed my weight gain...
so tomoro is back on it properly.
i saw a beautiful woman walking down the street tonight when we were on our way home from bristol and i realied that if i really tried hard hard hard that i too could look like that again!
its now been almost a year since any major infections and almost a year since i broke vegan, so i'm hoping that my immune system is up to a routine of:
morning yoga
apple juice with powdered greens and psyllium husks
breakfast of organic yogurt and fruit with seeds (altho may remind me too much of treatie!)
green tea all morn
healthy lunch
early dinner
gym on mon/thur/sat
tribal fusion belly dance on wed
no carbs after 18:00 by order of my amaxing trainer ivo badrov
cut down or out on the alcohol...
practise tribal belly isolations every night

back to the future...
ugh...
guess what i'm going to have for breakfast today?
either organic probiotic soya yogurt with honey, or the same thing whizzed with a banana...
because of my lovely new chin, i'm not really able to open my mouth very wide or chew so i'm back on the riba breakfast diet for at least another 4 days til the bandages come off. yuuu-kkk.
hopefully i'll lose a bit of weight!
the reason i have to eat is because my lovely french plastic surgeon has put me on antibiotics and they should be taken mid-meal (yes we all know about that) or will make me puke. but then everything makes me puke these days - i'm still getting such bad travel sickness, even on trains, which used to not happen before tx. any way - back to the chin - because i had to have a small incision for the laser to be slipped into, i'm taking anti-biotics as a precaution.
oh, and i'll definitely be scarved up if i see you all tomoro...xxx

monday - back in bed...
so i did spend most of yesterday asleep, although i did manage to also help my daughter take out her lovely bright tangerine hair extensions (i'm sooo thinking of doing a vivienne westwood myself! what do you all think? ) and crochet some sushi - yes sushi! well, at least it is vegan, lol...ugh, speaking of vegan, i'm still having such food problems...i think now my taste is coming back a bit that everything just tastes too strong - so struggling with all my latest 'safe' vegan foods...like the cheap organic humus.
and its not the only difference i'm starting to notice.
today i did my holy monday trinity of doctor/chemist/postbox...
and even though i felt horrible and chesty coughy and feverish, i wasn't as weak and heavy in the legs or as slow moving as i have been. no spring in my step yet - but not quite winter any more either...if that makes any sense?
just wish i had my girls humbleheart and fishwhiskers here closer by so we could all start to feel better together...geography sucks sometimes.
